Queens Conference Center Audiovisual Support

To facilitate set-up and transmission, the Queens Conference Center recommends that your final presentation be submitted by noon the day prior to the scheduled talk through any one of the following:

(please note that presentations are best presented on Microsoft Powerpoint)

• (preferred) upload the presentation using internet explorer to conference center website:

  Once at the site please go to "Presentation Documents" and follow the directions.  Please include the date of the presentation

• Alternatively, e-mail the presentation to the queens conference center ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ), and ask for confirmation that presentation has been received.
  
• Queens conference center recommends that speakers arrive at 12:15 pm so that presentation runs smoothly.
