1. IN-PROCESSING LOCATION: Medical
Education Office, Room 9A008A, 9th Floor,
A-Wing, Tripler Army Medical
Center
(TAMC). Normal Office
Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
2. MEDICAL EDUCATION INPROCESSING HOURS: 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Monday and Wednesday
(except holidays). If a holiday
falls
on a Monday, then in-processing will
be held on Tuesday. If
there is a conflict with this schedule,
contact the Clerkship Coordinator
to schedule a time:

NOTE: Due to the USUHS military
medical students in-processing every
six weeks throughout the year, students may occasionally
encounter some wait time when
in-processing during these months.
